Body Styles, Trim Levels and Options

The Nissan Cube is a four-door hatchback that’s offered in base, S, SL and Krom trim levels. The base Cube comes with 15-inch steel wheels, air-conditioning, a 60/40-split folding-and-sliding rear seat, full power accessories and a four-speaker stereo with CD player. The S adds color-keyed sideview mirrors, upgraded upholstery. The SL adds 16-inch alloy wheels, the CVT, automatic climate control, iPod integration, MP3 playback capability and automatic on/off headlights. The Krom adds unique body styling enhancements (including a chrome three-bar grille) two-tone upholstery, special interior accent lighting, Bluetooth, an upgraded Rockford Fosgate audio system and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls.

Powertrain and Performance

The all new Nissan Cube comes with a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine that pushes 122 hp and 127 pound-feet of torque. The base Cube and Cube S come standard with a six-speed manual. Automatic is available at request.

Safety

The front-wheel drive Nissan Cube comes standard with front-seat side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags.

Interior

The Cube’s basic cabin design has soft curves and shapes that are a bit different from the typical hard-edged style employed by most rivals. Simple control layouts mark the Nissan interior.
